# Safety rails

Non-negotiable constraints for RCA in an OT environment.

IntelFactor is not a factory control system.

The RCA engine **suggests**. It **never executes**.

### Non-negotiable rules

* No automated parameter changes.
* No automated line stops.
* Every recommendation includes evidence links and confidence.
* Operator acknowledgement is required before an action is logged as taken.
* Rejection reasons are stored as feedback signals.
